SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER Life Science (m/f/d)

Your field of activity

• Production Responsibility: Operational management of production and ensuring efficient, stable, and quality-compliant processes.
• Capacity & Resource Planning: Planning, controlling, and optimizing production capacities and resources.
• Production Setup & Scaling: Planning and implementing new production lines and areas, as well as further developing existing production structures.
• Cleanroom Production: Ensuring compliance with cleanroom, quality, and process standards in close coordination with Quality Assurance and Engineering.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing, developing, and standardizing production processes, including KPI monitoring and deriving necessary actions.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Functional leadership, development, and motivation of production and operations teams; working closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project Management.

Your profile

• Education: Degree in Engineering, Production or Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in operations or production management, ideally in setting up or scaling production structures.
• Expertise: Solid knowledge of production planning, process management, and quality/production standards.
• Languages: Proficient in both German and English.

Desirable:

• Experience in cleanroom environments or regulated industries (e.g., Life Science, Pharma, Automotive).
• Experience in implementing standardized production processes.
• Experience in leading technical production or operations teams.
