ANTI-SQUEAK APPLICATION

The Piezo air control technology combined with the specially developed mixing concept guarantees a defined and homogeneous Molykote application. The integrated flow measurement monitors the spray application and detects blistering in the anti-squeak agent. The advanced 3CON cleaning station ensures a smooth, low maintenance operation. The anti-squeak coat application can be integrated into self-sustaining robot spraying systems, the 3CON Spraying Cells, as well as in our FLEXXLINE assembly lines.
