ESL - Exact Shape Lamination

The 3CON ESL process is a further development of the integrated press lamination and edge wrapping process. The process offers the ultimate solution for the highest quality and efficiency requirements. The ESL system is particularly impressive with features such as precise contour cutting and servo-controlled gripper system that applies the decorative material to the substrate during the press lamination process with utmost precision. Directly following this process, the decorative material is folded using an integrated wrapping slide.

The ESL process is exceptionally suited for processing TPO and PVC foils and is an excellent alternative to IMG and vacuum lamination.
