Your field of activity

  • Sales of 3CON after-sales services
  • Responsibility for sales success, quality assurance and customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring and managing complaint management
  • 24/7 service support via remote connection (troubleshooting and maintenance)
  • Assistance in 1st level support (troubleshooting and repair)
  • Processing customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Handling machine upgrade projects (retrofit)
  • Supporting and relieving the head of department in day-to-day business

  • Completed technical training
  • Ability to work independently
  • Professional appearance
  • Strong communication skills and high self-motivation
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to travel

REMUNERATION
Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
